Ingredients

  • 1 packet of Boston Bay Mussel Hot Pot Tom Yum
  • Rice noodles
  • 1 red or green chilli, sliced
  • Herbs e.g. coriander, chopped
  • Fried shallots
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 fresh lime, squeezed

Method

1 Open Boston Bay Mussel Hot Pot Tom Yum.

2 Boil water and add rice noodles.

3 Heat mussels in a large pan.

4 Add the cooked rice noodles and toss through the mussels.

5 Add herbs and chilli.

6 Garnish with coriander and fried shallots.

7 Add a squeeze of fresh lime.
