Mussels in tomato broth hot pot

Ingredients

  • 1 packet of Boston Bay Mussels in Tomato Broth. (Available from Woolies.)
  • Spaghetti
  • 2 diced tomatoes
  • 1 sliced red or green chili
  • A handful of parsley or basil (chopped)
  • Ciabatta or sourdough
  • Olive oil

Method

1 Open Boston Bay Mussels Hot Pot in Tomato Broth.

2 Boil water and add some spaghetti.

3 Heat mussels in a pan.

4 Chop tomatoes and chili to taste and add to the mussels.

5 Toss the mussels through the cooked pasta in a large bowl.

6 Add the parsley or basil.

7 Toast ciabatta or sourdough.

8 Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
