Mussels in Creamy White Wine Sauce

Bring a taste of France to your dinner table with mussels in a white wine sauce. This recipe is the ultimate indulgence you can whip up in no time at all with our cooked mussels. Simply reheat them in the sauce and you are good to go.

  • 1kg Boston Bay Cooked Mussels
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 diced leek
  • 1 finely chopped diced onion
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 3/4 cup cream
  • Crusty bread


1 Heat oil in a large pot.

2 Add garlic, onion and leek then sauté for 5 mins.

3 Add wine and pepper then bring to boil.

4 Add drained of 1kg Boston Bay Live Pot Ready Mussels.

5 Place lid on pot and cook for approximately 5 mins.

6 Sit in cream and re-heat.

7 Garnish with lemon wedges and serve with your favourite crusty bread!
